Our shop is wheelchair-friendly and accessible to all!
Generally, the Forest’shop is reserved for park visitors. That’s another reason why we created the Forest’pass (annual pass for the wildlife park that pays for itself in just two visits), but since we’re nice people at Forestia, if you’d love to come and do a spot of shopping in the heart of nature, we’ll be happy to welcome you. Can I access the Forest’shop without paying admission to the park?
In principle, no, the shop is reserved for visitors and annual pass holders, but we do try to respond positively to this kind of request outside of weekends and peak days whenever possible. It’s best to give us a call on +32 (0)87 54 10 75.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, all our points of sale have a card payment terminal. For security reasons, we prefer this method of payment.
I would like a voucher for your Forest’bar, Forest’shop or Wood Hotel. Do you do them?
Yes! They’re not available online yet but you can contact us at forestbar@forestia.be, forestshop@forestia.be, or wood@forestia.be (Wood Hotel & Lodges) You can order your choice of gift vouchers!
