Before proceeding, please read this information:
  • A minimum of 15 paying individuals is required to qualify for school group rates.
  • Parents driving or picking up their children cannot enter the park unless they pay the entrance fee.
  • We ask that you provide enough adults (depending on the children's age) to supervise the children, especially when choosing the adventure package (1 for 15 children aged 8 and over / 2 for 15 children aged 4 to 7).
  • Adventure park chaperones are always considered 'on the ground'. Our instructors will decide whether or not to allow them to climb based on the group's ability.
  • Adventure park chaperones are responsible for students and must actively supervise them. The signatory must transmit this information to all chaperones.
  • Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable, practical clothing (no skirts, dresses, heels, etc.).
  • In case of a storm or strong winds, we are forced to temporarily or permanently evacuate the adventure park. It is important to consider weather conditions before coming to the park.
  • Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to the visit time indicated on the reservation form will be subject to a 50% charge of the order amount!
  • You must receive a confirmation from us to guarantee your reservation is registered.
  • To avoid waiting, please arrange for a single payment for the group; for your safety and ours, we prefer card payments.
